*Please note that the above fee structures are for per person per paper (6 pages and 5 authors limit per paper). Add 100 USD/page/author exceeding page limit and/or author limit. Accompanying persons mean family members only. If your coauthor or colleague are coming with you, please ask him/her to register separately. If you have two or more papers, please register separately. It is mandatory to register as author or student rate for the paper to appear in the proceedings (no refund policy).

Registration confirmation:

Your completed registration and payment will be acknowledged via email, together with a confirmation of the requirements specified in your registration form.
Please note that your registration will only be processed and confirmed once the full payment has been received. -
Applications submitted without proof of full registration fee payment will not be processed.

A 3% processing fee will be applied.

Authors may complete the registration payment using either Money Transfer or Credit Card:

Log in to the GEOMATE 2026 submission system and open the “Register” page.

Review your Paper ID, name, and email address to ensure that all information is correct.

Select the appropriate registration category:

Select the number of participants.

Select any applicable additional fees:

Select your preferred meal option: Normal, Vegetarian, or Halal.

Enter and apply a discount code, if applicable.

Carefully review the total registration fee.

Click “Register” to confirm your registration and proceed to the payment page.
After completing the registration, select either Money Transfer or Credit Card as your preferred payment method.

Carefully review the billing name, Tax ID, and address before confirming your registration.

After completing the transfer, upload a clear copy of the payment slip or transfer receipt to the registration system.

Please allow up to one working day for payment verification and approval.

Once the payment has been approved, you may download your official Invoice from the registration system.
Note: Transfers made through SCB have no transfer fee (local transfer). Fees charged by other banks are the responsibility of the payer.

Review the total amount, including the 3% credit-card processing fee.

Enter your card number and email address, then click “Continue Payment.”

Complete the payment through the secure payment gateway.
