Accompanying persons mean family members only. If your coauthor or colleague are coming with you, please ask him/her to register separately. If you have two or more papers, please register separately. It is mandatory to register as author or student rate for the paper to appear in the proceedings (no refund policy).

Registration includes:

ISBN Proceedings containing full paper with page numbering
Conference Event card, Strap
Access to all events of the conference
Complementary drinks on 1st day
Complementary tea/coffee, lunch on presentation day
Program, Awards (best papers, keynotes, etc.)
Certificates (keynotes, presenters, participants etc.)
Journal paper publication fees 40% included (you need to pay 60% journal fee)

Not included in the Registration Fee:

Technical Tour on 4th Day

Registration confirmation:

Your completed registration and payment will be acknowledged via email, together with a confirmation of the requirements specified in your registration form.
Please note that your registration will only be processed and confirmed once the full payment has been received.
Applications submitted without proof of full registration fee payment will not be processed.
